In order to destabilize the socio-political situation in Ukraine, operatives of the Federal Security Service of Russia (FSB) together with the so-called "Ministry of State Security" of the Donetsk People's Republic ("DPR") are searching for factors capable of provoking an increase in social discontent in Ukraine-controlled part of Donetsk region.
