Polish employers submitted 948,000 applications for the employment of foreigners in the first half of 2017. At the same time, the demand for workers from Ukraine has increased significantly, an envoy of the Polish Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Policy told Rzeczpospolita publication, Radio Poland reported.
"This is almost 50% up year-over-year," he said.
