The Central Bank set the following official exchange rates of the hryvnia against leading foreign currencies for August 18:
$100 costs UAH 2,550.6409 (on August 17, it was UAH 2,557.2720);
EUR 100 costs UAH 2,983.4847 (on August 17, it was UAH 2,994.5655);
10 RUB costs UAH 4.3050 (on August 17, it was UAH 4.2870).

Hryvnia quotes against the euro settled at UAH 29.89/29.92 while those against the Russian ruble settled at UAH 0.4301/0.4310.
According to the National Bank of Ukraine, the weighted average exchange rate of the hryvnia as of 17:00 was UAH 25.5064 to the dollar, with 518 deals concluded by this time worth a total of $373.6 million.
