Budget 2018: Hryvnia's rate expected at UAH 30.1 to dollar at next year-end

The document was approved by the Cabinet and registered in the Verkhovna Rada on September 15.

"The calculations have been made using the forecast rate as of the end of the year [2018], namely UAH 30.1 per U.S. dollar," reads the document.
