The Central Bank set the following official exchange rates of the hryvnia against leading foreign currencies for October 31:
US$100 costs UAH 2,682.9390 (on October 30, it was UAH 2,687.5781);
EUR 100 costs UAH 3,115.4288 (on October 30, it was UAH 3,118.9344);
10 RUB costs UAH 4.6360 (on October 30, it was UAH 4.6271).

According to the National Bank of Ukraine, the weighted average exchange rate of the hryvnia as of 17:00 was UAH 26.8294 to the dollar, with 528 deals concluded by this time worth a total of $322.44 million.
