Ukraine's infrastructure minister says national low-cost airline to start work in Dec

"Check out news [launch of the national air carrier] in December. There will be some good [news]," the minister said.

In November 2017, the minister stated that three more European low-cost airlines would enter the Ukrainian market the following year.
