Head of the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine Hugues Mingarelli, who attended the signing ceremony, said that the agreement was concluded as part of the EU4Business initiative to improve the access of small and medium-sized businesses to financing.

In turn, Pyshny thanked the partners for their support, stressing that Oschadbank is actively expanding its work with European financial institutions, and the agreement is not the last. He added that this signal from the European Union, the European Investment Bank, and the European Investment Fund means "We support you".
"This is a fundamentally important signal," he said.
