
Earlier, on November 14, the statistics agency released preliminary estimates claiming that GDP growth in Ukraine in the third quarter also amounted to 2.1% in annual terms.

It is also noted that the nominal GDP in the third quarter was at UAH 821.3 billion, and GDP per capita – at UAH19,320.
According to the agency’s data, GDP growth in the third quarter in annual terms slowed after growing 2.3% in in the second quarter and by 2.5% in the first quarter.

The International Monetary Fund on October 10 retained its forecast for a 2% real GDP growth in Ukraine in 2017.
On October 3, the World Bank also retained its 2% growth forecast for the Ukrainian economy in 2017.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine predicts economic growth this year at 2%, and the National Bank - at 2.2%.
