Ukrainian Treasury's balance as of Jan 1 about 90.9% down from Dec 1

The balance of funds in the single account as of January 1, 2018, shrank by 64.3% from January 1, 2017, it said.

The balance of funds in the single treasury account is not a constant value. It is subject to increases due to revenues from taxes and other mandatory payments to the state and local budgets and subject to decreases amid budget spending peaks.
