Ukraine announces bidding for 4G licenses

All bidders, namely Kyivstar, Vodafone and lifecell, have paid the relevant tender guarantees, amounting to 10% of the starting price of the lot, and met all the conditions required to participate, as reported on the regulator's website.

On January 26, the regulator will open envelopes filed by bidders, and reveal their price proposals for each lot.

The minimum price will amount to UAH 572 million for the first larger lot and UAH 286 million - for each of another six lots. Thus, minimum budget receipts will total UAH 2.2 billion.
