Ukraine's nuclear power giant, State Enterprise NNEGC Energoatom, says it has concluded an agreement with Shearman & Sterling on services to draft and send the Russian Federation a notice of a dispute on behalf of Energoatom, which is seeking compensation of its assets lost in Russia-occupied Crimea.

The agreement was concluded on December 17, it said.

Energoatom's interests will be represented by a well-known international law firm, which has participated in similar cases against Russia.
