Zelensky's Office chief, World Bank official discuss provision of US$350 mln loan to Ukraine
Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak and Vice President of the World Bank for Europe and Central Asia Anna Bjerde have discussed the provision of US$350 million to Ukraine under the First Economic Recovery Development Policy Loan.
"The loan will support reforms that are critical to economic recovery and help Ukraine mitigate the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic," the press service of the Office of the President of Ukraine reported, following a phone talk between two officials.
Yermak and Bjerde also discussed the progress of land reform in Ukraine, as well as corporate governance reform.
In addition, the officials spoke about the measures needed to ensure macroeconomic stability.
