The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has set the official forex rate for June 16 at UAH 26.84 to the U.S. dollar, which made the country's national currency weaken by 11 kopiykas.

The central bank has fixed the following official forex rates of the hryvnia against key foreign currencies for June 16:
US$100 will be quoted at UAH 2,684.4 (UAH 2,673.03 as of June 15);
EUR 100 will be quoted at UAH 3,020.62 (UAH 3,021.19 as of June 15).
By 16:00 Kyiv time on June 15, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank forex market settled at UAH 26.76/26.79 to the dollar, while those against the euro were at UAH 30.10/30.13.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the National Bank set the official forex rate of the hryvnia for Monday, June 15 at UAH 26.73 to the U.S. dollar, which made the country's national currency weaken by 13 kopiykas after a one-day rise.
