The hryvnia has seen gains in value against the U.S. dollar for the second consecutive day, according to the NBU website. As UNIAN reported earlier, the National Bank set the official forex rate for April 28 at UAH 27.10 to the U.S. dollar, which let the country&#39;s national currency strengthen by four kopiykas. The hryvnia gained in value after sliding against the U.S. dollar the day before.
