At the same time, Dniprovsky district offered one-room apartments with the lowest average rental price at $240 per month, while Pechersk was the most expensive district in terms of housing rent, with an average rental price set at $387 per month, it said.
The fall in rental prices of apartments was observed in all of Kyiv's districts. Rental prices of apartments in Pechersk district dropped most (by 5.38%, to $387 per month) and fell least in Darnytsia district (by 3.37%, to $258 per month).
