The mall will be located on Heorhiy Kirpa Street, just 50 meters from the railway station, the Informator portal reported citing the press service of Colliers International, a company providing services in commercial real estate.

The place was chosen due to busy pedestrian traffic as over 100,000 people pass by every day. The floor area is 2,000 square meters. The mall is to open in the second quarter of 2019.

According to the project, the shopping mall will be designed in the street retail format, i.e. each store will have an individual entrance. The mall will also house two large restaurants with summer terraces on the roof and convenience stores.
