As of 10:30 on Tuesday, April 9, the traffic was paralyzed in the Ukrainian capital city of Kyiv, mostly on bridges across the Dnipro River and Kiltseva Street.

According to Google Maps, worst traffic jams are reported from the Odesa Square to Academic Palladin Avenue near the Akademmistechko subway station.

Traffic across the capital's bridges toward the downtown is paralyzed as well, in particular along the South Bridge, the Darnytskyi Bridge, and the Paton Bridge.

Heavy traffic is also seen along the city's General Vatutin Avenue when leaving for the North Bridge.

Minor traffic jams are also observed downtown Kyiv, in particular, near the Bessarabska Square, in Podil district and on certain sections of Taras Shevchenko and Lesya Ukrainka boulevards.

In addition, traffic was paralyzed near the Shuliavska subway station due to the overhaul repairs at Kyiv's Shuliavsky overpass.
