No casualties have been reported as a fire broke out in the administrative building of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports of Ukraine in Kyiv on Monday, January 27.

"The fire was eliminated at 11:24 Kyiv time. There have been no casualties," the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine said.

It is noted the fire broke out in the basement of the three-story building at 19 Ivan Franko Street. Four people were evacuated by firefighters. They were examined by doctors, but refused to be hospitalized.
