"It was established that a woman with a third group of disability applied to a medical and social expert commission. Her health condition allowed the expert committee to consider assigning the second group of disability [providing for higher social payments]. However, the chairman and secretary of the commission extorted for their services some UAH 35,000. The officials received the bribe money in two tranches. Today, upon the receipt of the second part of the sum in the amount of UAH 30,000, the officials were detained," the report says.
