Border guard officers of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) in the occupied Crimea has detained a Ukrainian citizen when he was entering the peninsula.

Russian enforcers claim the Ukrainian citizen, born in 1973, was detained at the Dzhankoy checkpoint.
