Session of leaders of factions has to take place now in parliament – Yatsenyuk

Parliament is not blocked

A session of parliamentary factions leaders will be held in the parliament on Tuesday.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk disclosed this to journalists.

He congratulated the parliament members that the Speaker could at last come to the session hall without any obstacles “for the first time this year”.

According to the words of A. Yatsenyuk, he will not open the plenary session now, but he will do it after the meeting of the factions leaders.

A. Yatsenyuk noted that the agreement on “receiving a positive result” – signing documents, prepared by the working group to unblock the work of the parliament, should be reached during the meeting of the factions leaders.

The parliament members are at the chamber of parliament now.

There are balloons with the inscription “NATO – No!” and State Flags of Ukraine in the hall, but the presidium and tribune are not blocked.
