Our Ukraine-People’s Self-Defense faction leader Vyacheslav Kyrylenko claims that his political force is ready to begin talks with the President on dissolving the Verkhovna Rada.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, he claimed this to journalists today, commenting on the respective statement of National Security and Defense Secretary of Ukraine Raisa Bohatyryova.
At the same time, V.Kyrylenko noted that OU-PSD do not support the idea of carrying out a snap poll. “But we are ready to take part in the consultations on the opportunity of a snap parliamentary poll, because only 9 days left till March 13”, he said.
V.Kyrylenko pointed out that namely on March 13 the parliament will loose its opportunity to gather for plenary sessions.
As UNIAN reported earlier, R.Bohatyryova claimed that President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko may start talks on dissolving the parliament, should the Verkhovna Rada does not resume its work in the nearest days.
