U.S. envoy Volker calls on Russia, its proxies to stop threatening OSCE monitors

U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine Negotiations Kurt Volker has called on Russia and its proxies to stop threatening or intimidating the OSCE monitors.

"Russia and its proxies in eastern Ukraine need to stop threatening or intimidating the OSCE_SMM and start fulfilling the Minsk agreements that it signed up to," Volker wrote on Twitter on April 7, 2018.

As UNIAN reported earlier, the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine said armed men near the village of Kreminets on April 5 charged weapons in front of the OSCE SMM patrol and threatened monitors.
