Chief of Donetsk region's military and civil administration Pavlo Zhebrivsky is resigning from office.

"Pavlo Ivanovych [Zhebrivsky] is going. A new chief is expected to be presented on Thursday. So far, we are not aware of who it will be," two sources in the regional administration told OstroVonline news outlet on June 11.

However, there has been no official confirmation of Zhebrivsky's resignation on the Ukrainian president's website. The press secretary of the administration has not return calls so far.

As UNIAN reported, on June 11, 2015, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko dismissed Oleksandr Kikhtenko from the post of Chairman of Donetsk Regional State Administration and appointed Pavlo Zhebrivsky to this post.
