The Verkhovna Rada Head Oleksandr Moroz has officially submitted to the president the coalition nominee Viktor Yushchenko for prime-minister, the VR press-service reported Tuesday, according to Ukrayinska Pravda.
“In accordance with VR regulations I submit the candidature of Viktor Yanukovych for premier, nominated by formed on July 11, 2006 coalition of the MPs factions,” the documents reads.
