Poroshenko and Tusk agree to hold Ukraine-EU Summit in Kyiv

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and President of the European Council Donald Tusk on Wednesday agreed to hold the 17th Ukraine-EU Summit in late January or early February in Kyiv, according to the press service of the President of Ukraine.


The two leaders, speaking by phone, discussed upcoming bilateral meetings, in particular a possible visit by Poroshenko to Brussels in mid-December for a meeting of the European Council and a summit of the European People's Party.
