The Heritage Foundation analytical center, which is said to be close to the U.S. President's Administration, has prepared a special memo on America's position with regard to NATO, Ukraine and Russia.
"Things to remember before @realDonaldTrump travels to Europe: Russia is the aggressor – Ukraine is the victim; Crimea belongs to Ukraine; NATO & US troops in Europe serve our national interests; Europeans must spend more on defense; Putin's track record shows he can't be trusted," the center wrote on Twitter.
The memo is addressed to the U.S. president on the eve of his working trip to Europe, where Donald Trump will attend the NATO summit and will hold a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
