A delegation of politicians and businessmen from Slovakia has arrived in Russian-occupied Crimea.

"A delegation from Slovakia has already arrived in Crimea. They were met at Simferopol Airport," a source told the Russian RIA Novosti news agency with reference to the Yalta International Economic Forum's press service, which organized the visit, according to the Russian Rambler media and entertainment portal.

The delegation consists of 10 people, including politicians and businessmen.

"The delegates will meet with the head of Crimea, after which they will make a working and familiarization trip to Yalta," it said.

Their visit will last until August 3.

As was earlier reported, Ukraine's Ambassador to Slovakia Yuriy Mushka warned a group of lawmakers from that country against visiting the occupied peninsula in violation of Ukrainian laws, yet, they did not give up their plans.
