Ukraine’s reform plans include the closure of the State Executive Service and its replacement with individual administrators over government functions, Ukrainian Justice Minister Pavlo Petrenko said on Friday.

The minister also noted that he expects the Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine’s parliament, to approve a law on reforming the State Executive Service in the first half of 2015.

At the same time, he stated that the reform itself will take at least a year or two to be fully implemented.
