Ukraine is to introduce a no-fly zone over the Black Sea for November 1-4 for the period of firing tests of guided rockets.

"Testing of guided anti-aircraft rockets will start in Kherson region tomorrow," speaker of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Dmytro Strutynsky said on October 31, the Ukrainian media outlet LB.ua reported.

Ukraine has actively been modernizing its weapon systems.

As UNIAN reported earlier, the Ukrainian army will receive the next generation of multiple rocket launchers, dubbed Vilkha (Alder), in the middle of 2019. Their large-scale production will start soon. The system was successfully tested in April 2018 and December 2017.
