PACE president arrives in Ukraine

He said that he had met Brasseur at Kyiv’s Boryspil International Airport and told her about the situation in Ukraine and the tragedy near Volnovakha.

"Mrs. Brasseur expressed her condolences to the Ukrainian people. I told her that I hope that Putin's Russia will be held to account for this tragedy, and the powers of its delegation at the PACE will not be renewed," Parubiy wrote.

As UNIAN reported earlier, the President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe is to visit Ukraine on January 15-16.
