According to the report, after the memorial service Zakharchenko was to open a photo exhibition "Perspective of the artists of the South-east" and to talk to the press.
In addition, Zakharchenko will present a charity foundation in Sevastopol called "South East," which he heads.
As UNIAN reported earlier, Ukraine’s Interior Ministry has declared Zakharchenko wanted. The former interior minister’s details have been submitted to the open database on the ministry’s Web site. The search profile indicates that the former head of the ministry is evading a pre-trial investigation and is wanted by the Security Service of Ukraine for murder.
Zakharchenko’s location had been unknown since February 26.
