"If we fight for the values together, we will be invincible," Poroshenko said.

Poroshenko noted that a year after his last speech in Davos, Ukraine has undergone significant changes. Many of them were positive. Among them were the free presidential and parliamentary elections that were held in the country, signing the Association Agreement with the European Union, and the launch of a fundamental reform program, he said.

"Ukraine has become stronger. However, the country is facing the aggression not only regarding Crimea, but also regarding a significant part of Donetsk and Luhansk regions,” he said.

“About 9,000 Russian soldiers are on the territory of Ukraine," Poroshenko said.
