Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko will make an official visit to the State of Israel on January 20-21.

The program of the visit provides for the talks with President of the State of Israel Reuven Rivlin, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Speaker of the Knesset of Israel Yuli-Yoel Edelstein, the Ukrainian presidential press service reported on Sunday, January 20.
It is also planned to sign an agreement on a free trade area (FTA) between Ukraine and Israel.
The Ukrainian president will also meet with Patriarch Theophilos III of Jerusalem, the report said.
