People’s Self-Defense parliamentary group asks President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko to sack his Chief of Staff Victor Baloha.
According to TV 5 Kanal, this was said at the meeting of the group representatives with Victor Yushchenko this morning.
In particular, PSD group lawmaker Oles Doniy disclosed: “One demand was put to the President, and one question. The People’s Self-Defense expressed a position that Victor Yushchenko must sack Victor Baloha from the post of the President’s Chief of Staff. We also asked who Victor Yushchenko sees on the post of Kyiv Mayor”.
In his turn, lawmaker Taras Stetskiv said that the President has proposals concerning the candidacy of the Kyiv Mayor. He hopes that the President’s proposal may be proposed within frames of the blocks and the coalition.
