Britain to continue to supply non-lethal weapons to Ukraine
The UK will continue to supply non-lethal weapons to Ukraine, British Minister for Europe David Lidington said on Tuesday, according to Radio Liberty.
"We will continue to deliver non-lethal weapons in Ukraine, including flak jackets," Lidington said.
"At the same time, no positive decision regarding the supplies of lethal weapons to Ukraine has yet been taken," he said.
"Of course, if the situation requires it, we can reconsider the decision, but we are not at this stage yet," Lidington said.
"However, we do not want to stand aside and allow Ukraine’s troops to be completely defeated. We have to monitor the situation," he said.
