The Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers has entrusted under its decree the chief of the General Staff and Chief of the Armed Forces Viktor Muzhenko to sign the agreement, the magazine said.
As UNIAN reported earlier, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko is on a two-day working visit to the United Arab Emirates. During the visit, the head of state will visit one of the world's largest exhibitions of arms and security technologies IDEX-2015. Poroshenko is also expected to meet with the prime minister of the UAE, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
