About 47,000 servicemen to vote in Donbas during presidential elections – CEC
Member of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Ukraine Mykhailo Verbenskiy has said that about 47,000 servicemen will vote at special polling stations in the zone of the Joint Forces Operation in Donbas during the presidential elections in Ukraine.
"The approximate number of persons who will take part in the vote at such polling stations is 47,000," he said, according to an UNIAN correspondent.
Verbenskiy reiterated 80 such polling stations had been created, of which 46 were small, 30 were medium and four were large ones.
He also said the protocols of election commissions from the polling stations and other documents would be transferred to the relevant district election commissions in Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
