Ukraine NSDC Secretary Turchynov reportedly set to step down – media

Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov intends to resign.

According to theBabel, citing sources in the Presidential Administration, he plans to announce the decision on Friday, May 17.

Turchynov's press service neither confirmed nor denied the report.

Earlier, Ukrainian presidential representative in parliament Iryna Lutsenko submitted a letter of resignation.
