He announced this in an interview on 1+1 TV Channel on Friday.
"As of today we can confirm – cautiously confirm – that it is de-escalating gradually," Poroshenko said.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the Ukrainian president says that if there is a new round of Russian aggression, Ukraine will immediately get lethal weapons.
