"Last year, the share of the IT industry in the Ukrainian economy was 4% of GDP. In Ukraine, IT and startups employ 150,000 people. We will develop in this direction," Zelensky said during a visit to Station F startup incubator in Paris, France, according to the president's press service.

It is noted with nearly 1,000 projects from 50 countries worldwide, Station F is Europe's largest startup complex.

Zelensky also spoke with members of Ukrainian startups and IT industry representatives. He got acquainted with the presentation of the French project "La French Tech."

Zelensky also got acquainted with the creative zone of the startup incubator.

"I understand that combating corruption is innovations and digital sphere. Our idea is to make 'a state in a smartphone.' And now we are bringing together people with a mind like a steel trap, as you do, and we are working on this program," he said.
