"Enough time to serve the people of Ukraine and demonstrate a decent result in an important foreign policy direction... I will return to Ukraine with deep gratitude to my compatriots with whom we fought for democracy against authoritarianism and continue to fight for a bright future for independent and successful Ukraine against Russia's attempts to drag us down into the Soviet or imperial past," he wrote on Facebook.
