President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has responded to an online petition on the dismissal of Andriy Bohdan from the post of head of the Presidential Administration.

The response has been posted on the president’s website.

It says that Bohdan was dismissed from the said post on June 25.

"Regarding the issue raised in the petition, I note that by Decree of the President of Ukraine dated June 25, 2019, No. 434 A.Bohdan was dismissed from the post of head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine," the statement said.

It should be noted that by Decree No. 434 of June 20 Zelensky dismissed Bohdan from the post of head of the Presidential Administration, and on the same day, by Decree No. 435, appointed him head of the President's Office.

As UNIAN reported earlier, in May this year, a petition demanding the dismissal of Andriy Bohdan gained the required number of votes to be considered by the head of state.
