U.S. Senators Chris Murphy and Ron Johnson have arrived in Ukraine's capital city of Kyiv and met with newly appointed Prosecutor General Ruslan Riaboshapka.

"We are pleased to welcome Senator Ron Johnson of Wisconsin and Senator Chris Murphy of Connecticut to Kyiv for meetings with Ukrainian officials on the strong U.S.-Ukraine Partnership!" the Embassy of the United States of America in Ukraine wrote on Twitter on September 4, 2019.

"They began their visit by meeting with Prosecutor General Ruslan Riaboshapka to hear his perspective on Ukraine's anti-corruption reforms," the tweet says.
