Ukrainian Foreign Minister Vadym Prystaiko has said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is ready to take part in a meeting of the Normandy Four leaders (Ukraine, Germany, France and Russia) in September.

"We plan to hold this meeting in the 'Normandy format' in the near future... at least President Zelensky is ready to do this, and it's not even in December, but this month," Prystaiko said at a joint press conference with Moldovan Foreign Minister Nicu Popescu in Kyiv, according to an UNIAN correspondent.

As UNIAN reported earlier, Zelensky and Russian President Vladimir Putin over the phone agreed to discuss shortly a date for holding a meeting in the Normandy format.
