Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the United Nations Ambassador Volodymyr Yelchenko will be reportedly appointed a new ambassador of Ukraine to the United States.
"Dear friends, as we have just been informed by sources familiar with the situation and whom we trust, Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the United Nations Ambassador Volodymyr Yelchenko will become a new ambassador of Ukraine to the United States," journalists of The Newsroom Telegram channel said.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky should issue the relevant decree. According to journalists, the president will not put this off.
Moreover, Yelchenko will be reportedly replaced with famous diplomat Serhiy Kyslytsia.
As UNIAN reported earlier, Zelensky said a new ambassador of Ukraine to the United States was to be appointed soon.
