First Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk has announced the work on amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine on decentralization is at its final stage.
"The work on amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine concerning decentralization of power is being finalized," he said at the Conciliation Council meeting on November 11, according to an UNIAN correspondent.

Stefanchuk added that the issue to amend the Regulation on the optimization of plenary work had been discussed repeatedly with parliamentarians from different factions "…to define two stages: work based on debate and decision making."
