As UNIAN reported earlier, in late April, Ukrainian governing parliament coalition endorsed the candidacy of Ihor Bilous as chairman of the State Property Fund of Ukraine.

On March 23, the Cabinet of Ministers accepted the resignation of the head of the State Fiscal Service Ihor Bilous and fired his assistants - Volodymyr Khomenko and Anatoliy Makarenko, who were in charge of the tax police and customs service.

Earlier, a government commission on investigating the activities of management of the State Fiscal Service, which was established at the initiative of Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk, finished its work after handling around 250 complaints from business representatives, and recommended that the government retain Bilous as chairman, while dismissing his deputies Khomenko and Makarenko.
