According to the Polish Embassy, Ukrainian fans will have a simplified procedure for obtaining visas.

To get such a visa, the applicants must submit to the Visa Application Centre the following documents: visa application form, a passport for foreign travel and Ukrainian identity document, a valid ticket for the match or a printed electronic ticket, as well as health insurance.

Acceptance of documents for the issue of visas for fans is taking place in all 14 Polish visa centers in Ukraine without previous online registration. Registration of visas is paid for directly during the submitting of documents to the visa application center.

The documents for a visa must be submitted to the visa center no later than May 25, as the term for the consideration of a visa application is 48 hours.

The filing of documents is allowed to accredited travel agencies for organized groups of fans within consular district offices at the place of registration of the applicants. In this case, the personal presence of the applicants is not required.

Those citizens of Ukraine who have a valid visa, residence permit or a national visa of any of the Schengen countries can enter Poland without obtaining a visa in the Polish consular office.
