Polish Foreign Minister Jacek Czaputowicz has said his country has no plans to enter the Normandy format.

"We believe that Russia should return to the path of compliance with international law. We are critical of a policy that provides for the resumption of cooperation with Russia without fulfilling this condition," he said in an interview with PAP, RBC-Ukraine reports with reference to Wnp.pl.

According to Czaputowicz, as long as Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says that something can be gained from the Normandy meeting, he will enjoy Poland's support.

"We would like Ukraine to achieve its goals: peace, sovereignty, and territorial integrity, and we will continue to support it," he said.
